Will Call Orders
|
Will call orders must be transported with proper vehicle accommodations. |

No open or unsecured loads will be allowed. |
|
Equipment must remain in protective shipping cases. |
|
Clients are responsible for the safe and proper transportation and operation of equipment. |
|
Equipment operating instruction is
available, but depending upon the scope, may be subject to labor charges. |
Hours of Operation
|
“Standard” hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. |
|
Equipment and technicians are available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week as directed by client needs. |
|
The labor rate outside of “standard”
business hours will incur premium labor charges. Call for a quote. |
Payment Terms
|
With prior credit approval, terms of NET 15 Days from receipt of invoice are available. |
|
All other accounts will be C.O.D. |
|
We accept as payment cash, check, or approved major credit cards. |
|
You must provide a valid Purchase Order number when placing your order if one is required for payment. |
|
The first is paid via credit card, check or cash. |
|
A current credit card must be maintained on file. |
|
A security deposit may be required. |
Taxes
|
The Chicago transaction tax is 6% and
applies to any rental that takes place within the City of Chicago. This tax
applies to equipment only, not labor or delivery services. |
Minimum Rental Order
|
A $20.00 minimum rental order is
required. |
Rental Rate Schedule
|
Most items in our inventory, with some
exceptions, are based on the following rate schedule:

Cancellations
|
Your account will be charged 25% of the
full rental if you fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance of any
cancellations prior to delivery or pick up of the rental. After pick up or
delivery, the full rental charges will apply. |
Insurance
|
Insurance for the full replacement value
of equipment rented in your possession is your responsibility. A certificate
of insurance on file may be required. |
Warranty
|
Unless otherwise stated in writing, we offer no warranties expressed or implied. |
|
You agree to inform us immediately of any equipment damage, loss, error, or malfunction. |
|
We assume no responsibility for the performance of the equipment and we will not honor any claim for liability. |
|
We are not obligated to credit your
account for alleged failure of the equipment while in your possession. |
