With
Tech-Cors new Teletraining Center, Allstate can train 4000 people simultaneously
Tech-Cor, Inc
wanted a more efficient way to educate and train Allstate Insurance claims agents at 230
sites across the U.S. Bringing people in from the field typically means high travel
expenses and lost productivity. Allen Visual Systems provided an innovative system design
to meet the need for affordable distance learning.
The streamlined facility is designed for both local and remote learning. With robotic
cameras and easy-to-use controls for broadcast quality audio and video transmission, the
Teletraining Center functions as a headend to support production and distribution of live
sessions via satellite over Allstates far-flung network. A high level of automation
simplifies operation.
The Teletraining
Center also functions as a local training and presentation room and can be equipped with
wireless interactive response technology in the future. Interactive communications with
field sites is an option that can strengthen the human connection and deepen the learning
experience.
If you are responsible for training, training facilities, or production support and thought distance learning technology was beyond your budget, give us a call. Allen Visual Systems can provide cost-effective system design and engineering to get your system up and running quickly, and the technical support, training and production assistance you need to become self-sufficient.
